Owen Harkin

Owen Harkin serves as the Director of Finance & Estates and Deputy Chief Executive at Northern Health and Social Care Trust since September 2015. Prior to this role, Owen held the position of Assistant Director of Finance at the Health and Social Care Board from April 2010 to August 2015. Earlier in the career, Owen was the Chief Finance Officer for the Western Education & Library Board from January 2004 to March 2010 and worked as the Deputy Director of Finance at Altnagelvin Hospitals HSS Trust between December 1995 and December 2003. Owen holds a degree in Accounting with Economics and Health Care Administration from Ulster University, completed between 1984 and 1987.
