Sean Jang

Sean Jang is an experienced Care Process Coach currently at Northern Health - BC since May 2018. With a background in practice support, Sean has served in various roles including Practice Support Coach at Northern Health - PSP, and Practice Facilitator for the GP for Me program at East Kootenay Divisions of Family Practice. Previous notable positions include Professional Health Informatics Coaching Consultant at Clinical Precision, Practice Automation Coach at the Physician Information Technology Office, and Training & Support Specialist at Intrahealth Canada Ltd. Sean has also worked as a Residential Youth Care Worker and General Manager at Little Bear Golf Course. Sean holds a degree in Business Administration from Selkirk College and further education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
