Elissa Sangalli

Elissa Sangalli is the current President of Northern Initiatives, a position they have held since March of 2020. Prior to their current role, Elissa served as Senior Vice President/Incoming CEO of Northern Initiatives from December 2017 to March 2020. Before their time at Northern Initiatives, Elissa was the President of Good For Michigan from December 2006 to March 2020. Elissa began their career in 2004 as an Admissions Representative at Aquinas College, a position they held for one year before moving on to Local First of West Michigan & Local First Educational Foundation.

Elissa Sangalli has a B.A. in Political Science & Community Leadership from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids.
