Bsc Bob Hopkin Msc, McIob (hons)

Bob Hopkin is a highly experienced corporate facilities manager and chartered building surveyor at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, with a career spanning over two decades in various managerial and technical roles. Responsibilities have included managing building surveying projects, leading design and construction teams, and coordinating updates to industry standards and policies. Bob has recently transitioned to a role as Technical Manager while also serving as a Senior Project Manager and Technical and Code Assessor. Bob has engaged in educational governance as Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at Kilronan School and chaired the Friends of Kilronan charity. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Construction Engineering and Management, a Master of Science in Business Development and Innovation, and degrees in Sustainable Engineering and Development.
