Thomas Clarke

Thomas Clarke is an experienced professional in the human resources sector, currently serving as Compensation Manager at Northern Ireland Water since November 2022. Prior roles include Head of Workforce Governance, Planning, and Analytics at Northern Health and Social Care Trust from November 2020 to October 2022, and various positions at Northern Ireland Water, including HR Systems, Reporting and Reward Manager, and HR Support Manager, among others, from 2006 to 2020. Thomas holds a CIPD Human Resources Level 5 qualification from Belfast Metropolitan College and has completed certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board and The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
