Tzvetelina Bogoina-Seenan

Tzvetelina Bogoina-Seenan's work experience includes serving as the Director of Infrastructure Delivery at Northern Ireland Water starting in 2023. Tzvetelina is currently the Chairperson at Destination CQ BID and has been a Board Member and Company Secretary since 2017. In 2021, they became a Non-Executive Director at Translink. Additionally, they have held roles as a Non-Executive Director at Maple and May since 2020, a Committee Member at Choice Housing Ireland Ltd since 2020, and a Capital Programme Director (SIB) at National Museums Northern Ireland since 2020. Tzvetelina also worked at Balfour Beatty Investments as a Development Director and Bid Director from 2015 to 2020, and as a Senior Bid Manager from 2006 to 2015. Tzvetelina served as the Chairperson at ISCA NI Branch from 2010 to 2012.

Tzvetelina Bogoina-Seenan completed their education in two stages. Tzvetelina first attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained an LLM degree in Law. Later, they pursued further studies at Ulster University from 2006 to 2008, earning an MSc degree in Management & Corporate Governance. Additionally, they obtained the designation of IoD Member from The Institute of Directors in January 2019 and became an ISCA Member with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland in 2006.
