Curtis Cummins M.d., Fapa

Curtis Cummins, M.D., FAPA, serves as the Medical Director and Psychiatrist at Northern Lakes Community Mental Health since 1999, focusing on severe mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and substance use disorders. In addition, Curtis Cummins holds the position of Medical Director at the Northern Michigan Regional Entity since March 2020 and is a Physician at Munson Medical Center, engaged in inpatient assessments and care since 1999. As Psychiatry Co-Clerkship Director and Clinical Instructor at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine since 2000, Curtis contributes to medical education. Training included a residency in Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics from 1995 to 1999, following a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1995, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1989.
