Michaela Jepson

Michaela Jepson has extensive experience as an underwriter in the engineering and construction insurance industry. Michaela has worked at NMU since October 2014, HSB Engineering Insurance from March 2013 to October 2014, Aviva from August 2007 to March 2013, and RSA from 1988 to 2007. In their roles, Michaela has focused on achieving GWP, profitability, and targets, as well as building strong customer relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Michaela holds a BTEC 1st Diploma in Business Studies from Joseph Priestley College.
