James Kay

James Kay is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in claims adjustment and mitigation project management. Currently serving as a Claims Adjuster at Northern Neck Insurance Company since January 2023, James previously held the position of Field Claims Representative at Farmers Insurance from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, James worked as a Mitigation Project Manager at ServiceMaster of Richmond, managing water loss claims and overseeing the mitigation process. Earlier roles include Mitigation Specialist at Jenkins Restorations and positions in medical billing and accounts payable at The Jackson Clinics, where James gained valuable skills in insurance processing and customer service. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ferrum College.
