Francine Leblanc

Francine LeBlanc has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Multi Unit Manager at Northern Reflections since 2018, responsible for overseeing operations at two locations while enhancing customer service and building clientele. Previously, as Chief Bear at Build-A-Bear Workshop from 2017 to 2018, Francine significantly improved conversion rates by over 100%.
