Juan Garzon

Juan Garzon currently serves as the Director of Coaching at Averill Park Youth Soccer and as the Boys Varsity Soccer Coach for Broadalbin-Perth Central School District, both roles effective from 2024 and 2023, respectively. With a strong background in soccer coaching, Garzon has held positions as a soccer coach at Rush Soccer and Global Premier Soccer, and as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at SUNY Adirondack. Additionally, Garzon has experience in talent acquisition and operations through roles at Northern Rivers Family of Services, Berkshire Farm Center, and Elite Training. Garzon holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from The College of Saint Rose.
