Ashley Yates

Ashley Yates is a skilled geologist with extensive experience in mining and exploration. Currently serving as a Project Geologist and Mine Geologist at Northern Star Resources Limited, Ashley supervises geological mapping data collection and monitors ore movements and stockpiles. Prior experience includes a role as a Geologist at Hancock Prospecting Group, focusing on RC chip logging and management, and a position as a Geology Technician at Western Areas Ltd, where responsibilities included underground ore development supervision. Additional roles at North American Nickel and Glencore involved overseeing exploration programs and data analysis. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Mining Geology from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree from Cardiff University, complemented by foundational education at Bishop Vesey's Grammar School.
