Maya Flores Arguelles

Maya Flores Arguelles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geological data management and database administration. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator at Northern Star Resources Limited since April 2024, Maya previously held the position of Geologist - Data and Resources at PanAust from December 2012 to April 2024. In this role, responsibilities included ensuring the accuracy and timely entry of geological data, developing QAQC systems, training staff, and providing geostatistical analysis for resource estimation. Prior experience at Mindoro Resources Limited as an Exploration and Database Geologist/Safety Officer involved preparing databases for resource estimates and managing data efficiently. Maya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of the Philippines Diliman, awarded in 2006.
