Xiaojun du

Xiaojun Du is a Design Lead at Northern Trust Corporation since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in UX design and research from previous roles, including Senior UX Researcher at Chamberlain Group and UX Researcher at Backstop Solutions Group. Prior experience includes positions as Design Researcher & Strategist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Teaching Assistant at Illinois Institute of Technology, where Xiaojun guided students in design thinking methods. Xiaojun also co-led design initiatives at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and contributed to customer experience projects at Kohl's Department Stores. Earlier in the career, Xiaojun held various engineering roles at Motorola and Myson Century, INC, focusing on software development and firmware engineering. Xiaojun holds a Master of Design in UX design from the Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from China Jiliang University.
