Danielle Endler

Danielle Endler, PHR, serves as a Human Resources Administrator at NOVA Parks since August 2016, overseeing personnel practices and administering benefit programs. Previously, Danielle held the position of Human Resources Manager at Equinox Investments, LLC, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for over 400 employees across eight companies. Danielle's earlier experience includes serving as the Administrative Officer (Human Resources) at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Washington, managing locally engaged staff HR functions and budget oversight. Danielle began a career in accounting as an Accountant at Jeffrey Charles and Associates, handling accounts receivable and payable for homeowner associations. Danielle holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from William & Mary, and an Associate's degree in Accounting.
