Brian Weigand has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical devices. Currently, they serve as the Sales Director at Northgate Technologies, Inc., where they are responsible for developing a commercialization strategy and building a team to represent innovative minimally invasive devices in North America. Brian has also developed expansion and sales strategies, training programs, and customer acquisition plans.

Prior to their current role, Brian worked at Avanos Medical as a Corporate Account Manager, managing key corporate accounts and responsible for over $48M in sales across four business lines and 40 states. Brian also served as the North Central Regional Manager at Avanos Medical, leading regional sales operations.

Brian's work experience also includes roles at Halyard Health as a Territory Sales Manager, representing pain management products for minimally invasive procedures, and at Vikon-a division of Integrated Medical Systems as an OR Sales Specialist, specializing in surgical spine instruments and laparoscopic instruments. Brian has also worked at Kimberly-Clark (I-Flow Corporation), Arrow International, and Armstrong Medical Industries in various sales and territory management positions.

In addition to their sales experience, Brian has also worked as a Recruit Manager at U.S.A. Personnel, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing personnel.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong focus on sales, account management, and business development in the healthcare industry.

Brian Weigand attended Waubonsie Valley High School from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they enrolled at College of DuPage in 1994 and completed an associate's degree. Brian then pursued a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science at St. Cloud State University from 1995 to 1999. In 2011, Brian began their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) program at Northern Illinois University, which they successfully finished in 2017.
