Leslie Cooper-Dinsmore has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles within healthcare organizations. Currently serving in the human resources department at NorthLakes Community Clinic since May 2013, Leslie contributes to a dynamic environment aimed at overcoming health care access barriers in multiple Wisconsin locations. Previously, as Personnel Manager at The Lakes Community Health Center from December 2009 to April 2013, Leslie managed the personnel department while supporting resource development and providing administrative assistance to the Center Board and staff. Earlier roles include Administrative Coordinator and Account Executive at The Lake Superior Sounder from 2004 to 2006. Leslie holds an educational background from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, where studies spanned from 2000 to 2010.
