Carolyn Cote

Carolyn Cote, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carolyn started their career as an Electronic Banking & Payment Services Intern at Enterprise Bank (Enterprise Bancorp) in May 2014, gaining valuable experience in that role until August 2014. Later that year, Cote joined the same company as a Human Resources Intern in December 2014 and continued until January 2015. In 2015, they joined Barton Associates Inc. as an Associate Recruiter for a brief period of June 2015 to September 2015.

Cote then transitioned to Northland, where they held multiple positions. Carolyn began as a Human Resources Coordinator in November 2015 and worked in this role until July 2018. Carolyn was then promoted to the position of Human Resources Generalist and held it from July 2018 to August 2022. Currently, Cote is working as a Human Resources Manager at Northland from July 2022.
