Dave Soltau

Dave Soltau, CFA has over 29 years of experience in various roles within the finance industry. Dave has worked as the Director of Fixed Income Trading at Northland Securities since September 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Co-Director of Fixed Income at Windsor Financial Group, LLC from February 2012 to June 2015.

Before joining Windsor Financial Group, LLC, Dave worked as an Institutional Sales professional at Wedbush Securities from 2009 to 2012. Dave also gained valuable experience as a Risk Management Consultant in CMBS at U.S. Bank / Salo, LLC from January 2008 to December 2008.

During their career, Dave held the position of Senior Trader at Merrill Lynch from 2003 to 2007 and worked as an Institutional Sales professional at Wells Fargo Securities from 2001 to 2003. Dave began their professional journey at GMAC RFC, where they worked as a Senior Trader and Portfolio Manager from 1991 to 2000.

Dave Soltau, CFA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Dave also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. The start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
