Sean Dolan

Sean Dolan is an experienced executive currently serving as an Operating Partner at Tiger Infrastructure Partners since September 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer of NorthLink Aviation since October 2021, where the focus is on developing a world-class air cargo terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Prior to these roles, Sean was a Partner at Alinda Capital Partners LLC from January 2009 to July 2021, leading the investment strategy for utility-related infrastructure and midstream energy. Sean's career began at Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc., where over twelve years were spent as a Director, specializing in investment banking for midstream energy clients. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) in International Politics from Georgetown University, obtained in 1996.
