Jason Kramer

Jason Kramer is a seasoned professional in research and real estate finance with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at Northmarq since August 2023, Jason previously held senior research analyst positions at CPX and Capital Pacific. Jason has a strong foundation in research, having started as a Research Analyst at Capital Pacific before advancing to a protective security role with Triple Canopy. Jason's military background includes significant leadership experience as an Infantry Team Leader in both the US Army and the Army National Guard, with deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jason earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Finance from Portland State University between 2012 and 2016.
