Phil Ailion has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. Phil started at Ike Ades Toyota in 1987 as an Automotive Apprentice and worked their way up to become a Service Advisor and Automotive Technician. In 1994, Phil transitioned to Northpoint Toyota where Phil has since held various managerial positions including General Manager, Dealer Principal, and overseeing Service, Parts, Fleet Management, and Fleet Management operations.
