Anthony Nguyen

Anthony Nguyen is a Mechanical Design Engineer II at Northrop Grumman since May 2023 and a Mechanical Engineer at Farcast, Inc. since July 2021. At Farcast, Nguyen has developed an in-house open-circuit blowdown wind tunnel for flight condition replication and conducted wind tunnel testing on 3D-printed grid fins to analyze aerodynamic performance. A graduate of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering with both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nguyen also worked on the LASER-D project that focuses on utilizing a semi-autonomous mobile robot for COVID-19 disinfection. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at VACCO Industries where contributions were made to NAVY projects, mechanical test procedure development, and high-pressure testing. Education was obtained from Iolani School, culminating in a high school diploma in 2016.
