Benjamin Lawton

Benjamin Lawton is a highly experienced engineer with a solid background in RF/Microwave design and controls engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer and Integrated Product Team Lead at Northrop Grumman since May 2020, Benjamin previously worked at Solar Turbines from 2012 to 2020, where roles included Senior Engineer in Development Test and Controls Design Engineer, earning recognition for exceeding project deadlines and contributing to process improvements through Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience includes positions at CSI Technologies, Integrated Consultants, and Carttronics, specializing in electrical engineering design, quality control, and hardware testing. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
