George Guerra

George Guerra is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electromechanical systems and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman, George previously held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at MW Components, where responsibility included managing design and development projects for equipment used in high-tech industries. As a Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army Reserve, George acts as a senior-level manager and key adviser on enlisted personnel matters. Prior roles include New Product Development Design Engineer at Hubbell Lighting and Lead Engineer at Hevi Lite Inc., focusing on advanced lighting solutions and mechanical component design. George Guerra holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
