Gregory Gleason

Gregory Gleason is a highly experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over four decades in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman since June 2018, Gregory has also held the position of Senior Test Engineering and CM/DM Manager at Orbital ATK since March 2013, where active support and engagement with various Armament Systems Programs is a focus. Prior to these roles, Gregory spent over 32 years at Lockheed Martin in various positions, including Hardware Engineering Manager, where leadership was provided for mechanical and electrical design services in the Mission Systems and Sensors division. Gregory also has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from National American University and a degree in Machine Design & Drafting from Dunwoody College of Technology.
