Milou Carolan

Milou Carolan serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Northrop Grumman Corporation since February 2013, following a career marked by significant roles in human resources and management consulting. Prior experience includes positions as a Management Consultant from 2010 to 2013, Senior Consultant at The Segal Company between 2007 and 2009, and Vice President of Human Resources at Affiliated Computer Services from 2002 to 2007.
