Shannell Crabtree

Shannell Crabtree is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Northrop Grumman since June 2018. Crabtree has held several roles at Northrop Grumman, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and University Relations & Recruiting Manager for both Space Systems and general Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Crabtree worked at Orbital ATK from January 2004 to June 2018 as a Senior Technical Staffing Specialist and Staffing Specialist. Crabtree's early career included a position as a Docutech Operator at Fine Print & Copy Center from 1998 to 2003. Shannell Crabtree obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Weber State University between 1999 and 2003.
