Arturo started their career at Sistemas Informáticos de Software y Telecomunicaciones in 2006 as a Java Developer, where they assisted the team in implementing applications for clients. During this time, they also contributed to the creation of an insurance application for Sun Microsystems Ibérica and developed a proof of concept of an adapter for Sun Identity Manager.
In 2008, Arturo advanced to the role of Senior Java Developer at Sistemas Informáticos de Software y Telecomunicaciones, taking on more responsibility in implementing applications and introducing automated pipelines for compilation, testing, and deployment. Arturo played a key role in incorporating Apache Maven into the company's applications.

Since 2017, Arturo has been working at Northrow as a Principal Software Engineer. Arturo then pursued a university master's degree in digital home from Universitat d'Alacant from 2006 to 2007.
