Bob Swain

Bob Swain, CCIM is a seasoned real estate advisor with expertise in advisory, brokerage, and investment services for industrial and office properties since 1999. Currently serving as a Board Member for Northshore School District, Bob has previously held the position of Partner at NAI Puget Sound Properties from January 2004 to December 2023 and worked as an Associate Broker at CB Richard Ellis from 1999 to 2004. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Representative for BearCom, where Bob specialized in wireless communications systems, and as a Research Analyst for the Washington State Senate, focusing on campaign consulting and legislative strategy. Bob earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and completed graduate work in the same field at Washington State University.
