Danielle V. Andrews

Danielle V. Andrews is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Member Services at Friends & Co since April 2023. With a strong background in family empowerment, Danielle has been a Family Academy Empowerment Course Facilitator and Curriculum Reviewer at Northside Achievement Zone since 2017, focusing on family enrollment and addressing barriers to student success. Danielle has also contributed to the Jeremiah Program as a Minneapolis Campus Advisor and Family Coach. Prior roles include Childcare Advocates Ready to Emerge Public Policy Fellow at the Minnesota Association for the Education of Young Children and various leadership positions at Hiawatha Academies, where Danielle instructed educators on equity-focused teaching. Danielle's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from the University of St. Thomas and multiple degrees in Business Management and Education.
