Natalie Wilson Obee

Natalie Wilson Obee has a combination of finance, operations, and leadership experience. Natalie has served as the Vice President Finance at Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at Open Arms of Minnesota from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Natalie held the position of Vice President Finance & Operations at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities, where they oversaw finance, human resources, information technology, and quality assurance. Before that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Planned Parenthood from 2014 to 2017. Natalie also has experience in finance and HR management, serving as the Finance & HR Director at Neighborhood Energy Connection from 2013 to 2014 and as the Finance & HR Manager from 2010 to 2013. Natalie began their career as an Independent Consultant from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Natalie has experience in the restaurant industry, having owned and operated 128 Cafe from 1996 to 2007.

Natalie Wilson Obee attended Hamline University from 1985 to 1989, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Hamline University as well.
