Paige Buchanan Mpa

Paige Buchanan, MPA has a diverse range of work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Currently, they are employed as the Family Support Director at Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) since October 2022. Prior to this, Paige worked at the Iowa Department of Human Services, where they held the positions of Executive Officer from July 2019 to October 2022 and Social Worker from July 2017 to July 2019. They also served as an Information & Assistance Specialist/Options Counselor at Aging Resources of Central Iowa from September 2016 to July 2017, and as a Program Coordinator at Western Illinois Area Agency on Aging from July 2015 to September 2016. Additionally, Paige had experience as an Expanding Senior Resources: Lifelong Links VISTA at AmeriCorps VISTA from July 2014 to July 2015, a Case Assistant Intern at World Relief from August 2013 to November 2013, and a Gender-Based Violence Prevention Intern at Human Rights Advocacy Centre from January 2013 to February 2013. They also had a brief stint as an Assistant Aquatics Director at YMCA of Lincoln, NE from May 2011 to August 2011.

Paige Buchanan, MPA, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Social Welfare from Augustana College from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Drake University, which they completed from 2015 to 2017.
