Ross Simmons

Ross Simmons has a strong background in engineering and has been with NorthStar since summer 2000. Ross is experienced in municipal site design, small community water systems, roadway design, subdivision design, commercial site design, and parking lot rehabilitation. In addition, they served as the Board President for Habitat for Humanity Butte County from July 2009 to December 2013.

Ross Simmons obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) from Butte College in 2000. Ross then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, which they completed in 2002.
