Geraldine Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience across several industries. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of NorthStar since January 2024, Geraldine is dedicated to developing an innovative app that enhances users' daily lives through AI, journaling, and productivity features. Previously, as Lead Product Manager at Lomotif, Geraldine collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive product development, and at Grab, achievements included launching Covid-19 insurance for Indonesian passengers and creating microinsurance solutions in Southeast Asia. Earlier roles at SingSaver and Mediacorp involved improving customer satisfaction and optimizing user engagement through strategic frameworks. Geraldine's career began in writing and retail, showcasing a diverse skill set and commitment to enhancing user experiences throughout the professional journey. Geraldine holds a degree in Apparel Design & Merchandising from Temasek Polytechnic and furthered education at General Assembly.
