Isabelle Paris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Isabelle is currently serving as the Vice-President of Talent & Culture at NorthStar Earth & Space Inc., where they contribute to the development of a global environmental information platform. Prior to this, Isabelle was the Director of Culture & Employee Experience at Imagia Canexia Health, where they played a crucial role in managing the HR due diligence process and integrating two Canadian businesses. Before that, Isabelle worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Altifica and fulfilled an interim HR Director role at Octasic. Isabelle also gained valuable experience as the Director of Human Resources at Nautilus Plus, where they provided support and coaching to managers across multiple branches. Isabelle's early career includes experience as a substitute teacher and a customer service agent at La maison Simons.

Isabelle Paris has a diverse education history that spans several years. Isabelle began their education journey in 2001 at the Université de Montréal, where they obtained a certificate in Physical Education and Public Relations, completing their studies in 2006. Isabelle then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources at HEC Montréal, from 2003 to 2006.

In 2008, Isabelle Paris further expanded their education by enrolling in the part-time MBA program at the Université de Sherbrooke, specializing in Business Administration. This program lasted for five years and concluded in 2013.

Aside from their formal education, Isabelle Paris has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In July 2008, they were certified as a CRHA (Conseillère en ressources humaines agréée) by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. More recently, in July 2021, they completed certification courses in Organization Design through LinkedIn.
