Jose Angel Garcia

Jose Angel Garcia has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance within the energy and construction sectors. Currently, Jose Angel Garcia is involved in projects at NorthStar Energy Services since 2014. Prior to this role, Jose Angel Garcia worked at Bilfinger Tepsco Inc as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager from May 2002 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a QA/QC Manager at Forrest Services LLC from January 1998 to January 2002, and working in inspection at The Shaw Group from January 1995 to December 1998.
