Rose Rodriguez

Rose Rodriguez is an experienced talent acquisition partner currently at NorthStar Energy, a Saltchuk Company, since July 2021. In this role, Rose develops and implements talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners. Previously, Rose served as a recruiter at NorthStar Energy and held various management positions at Holland America - Princess from May 2013 to November 2021, where Rose accumulated over eight years of experience in recruiting, operations, logistics, and employee management within the hospitality, travel, and transportation industry. Rose's achievements include managing a team, overseeing the recruitment of over 500 candidates annually, and optimizing operational efficiency for high-volume logistics and staffing during peak season. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public and Business Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University.
