Chelsea Hoegberg

Chelsea joins the Northstar organics team bringing her experience with project coordination in the medical research sector. With a desire to switch gears and to contribute to a more sustainable future, she returned to school and recently graduated with a M.S. focused on creating a sustainable food system. Feeling compelled by the massive issue of food waste, she wrote her thesis on the subject and is now eager to contribute to Northstar’s efforts to find solutions to divert and utilize waste streams.
