Dara Horner

Before joining Northstar, Dara was a healthcare administrator. Her interpersonal and communication skills allowed her to develop productive working relationships with medical providers, patients, and her staff. She expanded their Diabetic footwear program, and created and implemented procedures that became standard policy.
