Tim Walsh

Tim Walsh has a diverse background in mental health services, addiction treatment, and academia. Tim is currently the Chief of Behavioral Health Strategies and Solutions at NorthStar Regional. Prior to this, Tim served as the Senior Vice President at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge. Tim also held leadership roles at Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, where they worked as the Vice President and Treatment Director. Tim has extensive experience in strategic development as the Executive Director at Family Innovations, Inc. Tim also served as the Health and Human Services Director at Scott County and the Director of Juvenile Services at the Minnesota Department of Corrections. In 2013, Tim was an Assistant Professor at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.

Tim Walsh has a Doctorate in Public Administration from Hamline University. Tim also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Additionally, Tim has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
