Swati Sehgal

Swati Sehgal has over 10 years of professional experience in product management, operations, and financial analysis. Swati began their career in 2009 as an Intern in Information Technology at Southern California Edison, where they led a team to win a business case competition. In 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at the USC Center for Management Communication and as an Intern in External Benchmarking and Operations Support at Southern California Edison. Swati then joined Wells Fargo as a Financial Analyst in 2011.

In 2014, Sehgal began working at Medallia as an Analyst, Client Solutions, before being promoted to Senior Analyst and then Engagement Manager. In 2017, they joined Blend as a Product Manager, where they redesigned the mortgage application experience and closed 10 gaps with the original application UI and data export. Swati was later promoted to Senior Product Operations Manager, where they founded the Product Operations function and expanded the team from 1 to 2 people. Swati also created Blend's go-to-market approach and served as a Deployment Lead.

Most recently, Sehgal joined Northstar in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager and was later promoted to Product Lead.

Swati Sehgal received their Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Management, and Economics from the University of Southern California in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Troy High School from 2003 to 2007.
