Kristian Dolan

Kristian Dolan is the CEO and founder of northteq, a software engineering company specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Prior to northteq, Kristian was the owner and president of Tamarack Consulting, a software development consultancy they founded in 2013.

Kristian's career in software engineering began at Cargill, where they worked from 1996 to 1999. Kristian then moved to Work and Income New Zealand as a software engineer from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Onvia, a provider of business information and e-commerce solutions, where they worked as a software engineer until 2003.

In 2005, Kristian founded E2E Systems, a software development consultancy. That same year, they also began working as a solutions architect consultant for Linedata, a financial services software company. Kristian continued to consult for Linedata until 2014. In addition, Kristian also worked as a software engineer consultant for Wells Fargo from 2005 to 2006.

Under Kristian's leadership, E2E Systems grew rapidly, becoming one of the leading software development firms in the Pacific Northwest. In 2013, Kristian sold E2E Systems to Tamarack Consulting, which they then ran as owner and president until 2020. In 2020, Kristian founded northteq and currently serves as its CEO.
