Lina Latėnienė

Lina Latėnienė has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lina is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Northway Biotech since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Medicinos bankas as the Head of HR and Administration department from February 2018 to December 2021. Lina also has experience at Biuro, where they held various roles including Vilnius branch manager, Head of East Region (interim), HR Department Manager, and HR Project Manager. Lina'sresponsibilities in the HR Project Manager role included managing temporary employment projects, overseeing employment contracts and related documents, managing employees' working time, providing reports, and ensuring accurate HR databases. Lina's career started at Search and Selection as an Administrator - HR Consultant, where they were responsible for preparing business and HR documentation, managing the website, and driving full recruitment life cycle.

Lina Latėnienė obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Vilnius Conservatoire in the years 1998 to 2002. Lina later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Vilnius University from 2003 to 2008.
