Carrie Zambrano

Carrie Zambrano has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Carrie currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Northwest Administrators, Inc, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Premera Blue Cross as the Director of Operations from May 2019 to February 2022.

Before their time at Premera Blue Cross, Zambrano had a long tenure at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon. From February 2014 to April 2019, they served as the Director of Clinical Services Operations. Within the same company, they also held roles as the Director of Implementation and ASO Services from July 2015 to February 2016, and as the Director of ASO Implementation, Renewal, and Programs from February 2014 to February 2016.

In addition to their time at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Zambrano worked at Regence as the Director of Clinical Services Operations from February 2016 to April 2019. Carrie also served as the Interim Vice President of Clinical Services at Regence/Cambia Health Solutions from September 2017 to September 2018.

Carrie Zambrano has pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. Carrie started their MBA program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2023. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. The exact timeline for their undergraduate studies at Everett Community College is not specified, but it is known that they pursued general studies at this institution. Additionally, Carrie has obtained a certification called the MBA Marketplace Simulation Certificate of Completion from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in January 2023.
