Mike Record

Mike Record currently serves as Head of the Franchise Finance Group at Northwest Bank, focusing on fostering long-term relationships with franchisees in the restaurant and service sectors. Prior roles include Team Leader for the McDonald's Lending Program at City National Bank, where restructuring efforts aligned with Royal Bank of Canada's guidelines. As Vice President of Business Development at Bridge Funding Group, Mike established McDonald's lending practices. Previously, as Managing Director at Wells Fargo, Mike developed credit policies for franchisee lending and managed multiple teams. At TD, Mike created the Restaurant Lending Group's credit policies and operational standards. Mike also has experience as a Denny’s franchisee and held senior management roles at GE Capital within their Franchise Finance division. Academic credentials include a BA in Finance from UW Foster School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University.
