Morgen Larsen

Morgen Larsen is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher Librarian, Yearbook Advisor, and Web Coordinator at Central Valley High School since September 2010. Additionally, Morgen has been a Library Media Instructor for the Master of Education program at Eastern Washington University since October 2021, focusing on online library media courses for K-12 educators. As a Professional Learning Specialist and President of the Northwest Council for Computer Education, Morgen contributes to professional development in the educational technology sector. Involved with the Washington Secretary of State as an Advisory Board Member and Trainer since June 2012, Morgen has also served as a Microsoft Certified Trainer-Expert and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. The educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Teacher Education from Eastern Washington University, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, and an Associate of Arts from Spokane Falls Community College. Prior roles include a librarian and teacher within the Bethel School District from September 1999 to June 2010.
