Dina Balderas, MSN-Ed, BSN RN, ONC, currently holds the position of Clinical Nurse Educator at Northwest Healthcare Tucson, overseeing the OVH New Grad Residency Program and the Nursing Clinical Affiliations Program. With a long-standing career in nursing education, Dina serves as a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Instructor at The University of Arizona College of Nursing while previously working as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Northwest Medical Center. There, responsibilities included leading nurse residency and student nurse internship programs. Earlier roles included Clinical Nurse Leader and Clinical Resource Nurse at Northwest Community Healthcare, where Dina coordinated unit workflow and provided instructional support. Currently pursuing a Post Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree, Dina holds a Master's in Nursing Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas.
