Tim Warden-Hertz is an experienced attorney specializing in immigration law. Currently serving as the Directing Attorney at Northwest Immigrant Rights Project since January 2013, Tim supervises a team of nineteen attorneys and manages stakeholder relationships. Previously, as the Legal Director of Immigration Law Programs at Catholic Social Services of Fall River, Tim oversaw multiple programs and represented numerous clients in immigration court. Earlier roles include serving as a Staff Attorney at Georgia Legal Services and Greater Boston Legal Services, where Tim focused on federal litigation and asylum cases. Tim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.
