Alan Beck

Alan Beck has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Alan began their career as a cadet officer at Indiana University Northwest Police Department in 1985 and served until 1988. Alan then joined the Portage, Indiana Police Department as a police officer from 1988 to 1996. In 1996, they joined the U.S. Secret Service as a special agent and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they served as a special agent in the Department of Justice - Office of the Inspector General. Currently, they are the Director of Safety and Security at Northwest ISD since 2017.

Alan Beck earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Northwest, completing their education from 1984 to 1988. Alan also obtained a certification as a Firearms Instructor from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in 2014.
